The Team
Who We Are

Eliyah Britto, LCSW-C, LICSW
Founder & Clinical Director
Eliyah is the Founder and Clinical Director of Healing Her, LLC, and a licensed clinical social worker in DC, Maryland, and Virginia, and a Board-Approved Supervisor in Maryland.

She works with high-achieving women who have external success but feel stuck, disconnected, or unfulfilled — and with couples looking to improve communication, navigate conflict, and deepen emotional connection.

Her clinical focus is relational healing: helping individuals and families recover from painful or traumatic experiences within romantic, faith-based or occupational relationships. Eliyah believes meaningful change begins internally — through a healthier relationship with oneself, stronger boundaries, and showing up authentically without guilt or over-explaining.

Eliyah is also passionate about mentoring clinicians at every stage of their journey. As a Board-Approved Supervisor, she offers a supportive, collaborative space where clinicians can grow in confidence, sharpen their skills, and develop a strong professional identity.

At the heart of her work is a commitment to helping clients and supervisees reclaim their voice, trust their inner Wisdom, and build relationships rooted in clarity, balance, and emotional safety. She invites you to take the next step towards healing and wholeness.
