At Healing Her, LLC, we are passionate about helping our clients grace themselves as they navigate their healing journey. We are looking for Licensed Mental Health Therapists who share this passion and are able to deliver quality clinical services to individuals, families and groups. Our ideal candidate will provide a safe, non-judgmental environment for our clients and be responsible for completing accurate documentation to include treatment plans, session notes and assessments. As a faith-based practice, Healing Her, LLC  welcomes clinicians who are open to incorporating faith-based interventions when clients request that their spiritual beliefs be integrated into the therapeutic process.

Location: Remote 

Position Type: Part-Time, fee for service 

Employee Class: W-2

Responsibilities:
Maintain professional licensure and/or certification throughout employment with this agency
Maintain‌ ‌professional‌ ‌competence‌ ‌and‌ ‌skills‌ ‌via‌ ‌training‌ ‌and‌ ‌continuing‌ ‌education
Maintain confidentiality of records relating to clients' treatment
Gather information about community mental health needs and resources that could be used in conjunction with therapy
Assess clients' mental condition based on review of client information, interviews, observation, assessments, and collaboration with other staff members
Serve as a client advocate to coordinate required services or to resolve emergency problems in crisis situations
Develop and implement treatment plans based on diagnosis, clinical experience and knowledge
Submit all required clinical documentation in a timely manner

Qualifications:
Minimum of a Master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field
Licensed Master Social Work (LMSW), Licensed Certified Social Worker- Clinical (LCSW-C) or related license
Licensed in either Maryland or Washington, DC or Virginia 
Ability to work cooperatively as a team member 
Demonstrate flexibility and strong organizational skills
Ability to guide, direct, and build rapport with clients
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Demonstrates an excellent level of professionalism to clients and staff
Able to establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients and their families
